How to Start the Process
1. Portrait Specifics
Please select the options that best fit the painting that you are hoping for. Please add any additional requests or questions in the box.
2. Email your Photo
Please email your photo to maxinesheaffer@gmail.com and I will contact you within 48 hours. At that time we can discuss the details and plan you portrait. Please keep in mind that the quality of your photo will impact the quality of the painting. If you do not have the ideal image, don't worry I can work with most things and am able to use multiple images for reference.
3. The Process
After we determine the details I will begin the painting. Paintings go through different stages and need time to dry between layers. Your painting could take between 4-12 weeks to complete depending on the image. There is a possibilty that we could rush your order for an additonal 15% depending on my availability and the complexity of the painting, please request more information.

4. Alternative payments
If you prefer, you are welcome to pay in payments of 50% prior to the beginning of the portrait and 50% at the completion via check or cash. Please email me to start the process at maxinesheaffer@gmail.com.

If you are not fully satisfied with your painting you do not have to buy it. You will have an opportunity to review the painting before it is sent to you, at that time you can request any changes or adjustments. If you receive your painting and you are not satisfied, you may receive a full refund.Conditions of Returns
Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The painting must be received within 30 days of your delivery (with shipping insurance of the painting's value) in the original condition, you will receive a full refund.
