What to Expect
Your custom scene will be meticulously hand-painted on a 3" ornament in the color of your choice, using professional-grade acrylics and sealed with archival varnish for lasting protection. Each piece includes a carefully rendered depiction of the building, landscape, or scene in your photo. You may also choose to enhance your piece with a 4" hand-blown glass ornament, which offers a larger surface and increased level of detail. This premium format automatically includes Signature Packaging.
 
For more intricate compositions, such as multiple structures or complex elements, please send your image in advance to determine whether a custom order is necessary to ensure every detail is thoughtfully captured.
 
All ornaments arrive in our classic kraft gift box with a coordinating nest of paper grass and soft tissue, elegant in its simplicity. For those desiring a premium presentation, our Signature Gift Packaging is available as an upgrade, featuring a hinged gift box, hand-tied satin ribbon, and a Certificate of Authenticity.
 
 
The Commission Process
Once we connect, we’ll discuss your vision and photo, select the ideal ornament color, and plan any additional artistic touches to ensure your piece is exactly as you envision.
 
Processing & Holiday Delivery
Please allow 2–4 weeks for creation, depending on current studio demand. If you have a specific deadline, don’t hesitate to reach out—rush orders may be accommodated whenever possible.
 
Holiday Deadline:
To guarantee delivery before Christmas with complimentary standard shipping, orders must be placed by November 25th. For orders placed after this date, please inquire about studio processing time and if Express Shipping will be required at an additional charge
.
While I take every precaution in packaging, please note that once shipped, transit times are beyond my control. If your ornament is lost or arrives significantly damaged, I will gladly create a replacement at no charge.
